In an attempt to tackle these issues, the World Bank, in close coordination with other donors like the French Development Agency (AFD), has been actively partnering with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMA&RD) to provide support in operationalising and implementing NATA especially in the area of providing accessibility infrastructure in the rural areas of Nigeria.
